André Trojanowski - Kitchen Director Berlin Marriott Hotel & Catering by Marriott

Effective immediately, Berlin-based André Trojanowski will be responsible as Executive Chef for the culinary areas of the Berlin Marriott Hotel and its subsidiary Catering by Marriott. Born in Berlin, Trojanowski moves from the Elbe, where he last worked in the same position for the Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg, back to the Spree and heads a team of around 40 chefs at the Berlin Marriott Hotel. The 39-year-old has already gained experience in the areas of banquets, catering, fine & casual dining as well as in the creation and implementation of food concepts in well-known hotels in the capital.
